There is just something about cupcakes that I love!  Everything about a cupcake is wonderful!

First you have the delicious taste of a cake but in a bite size form with enough frosting to make anyone happy!

Second you can have multiple flavors at a party instead of just one big cake that is only one flavor.  With cupcakes you could have Almond Cupcake with a Raspberry glaze and Almond Buttercream Frosting, or Dark Chocolate Cupcake with a Creme de Mint Frosting, or a Pumpkin Spice Cupcake with a Cream Cheese Frosting!  YUM

& Third because their so fun to bake/decorate!  So many ways and so many options!

This is my next project cupcake to master!!  Anyone need birthday cupcakes catered?!  You know you’d love to try this!!
