
GUACAMOLE
This is such an easy, quick and delish recipe!
Works great for a quick dish to take to a party or when you just need a semi healthy snack!!
What you’ll need:
two avocados
one roma tomato
fresh cilantro
red onion
one lime – just juice
cumin
garlic salt
white pepper
Directions:
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and mash it up in a bowl. Chop up the onion, tomato and cilantro. This you can chop as fine as you like, I prefer my guacamole on the more chunky side so I don’t chop the onion and tomato very fine.
Although, I do always chop the cilantro fine!
Once all is chopped add to the avocados and mix together. Add the juice from one lime, a generous amount of cumin, garlic powder and white pepper, depending on your preference for seasoning.
*If you would prefer to get an already packaged amount of seasoning there is a great mix by Concord Foods. This you can find at your local grocery store.

* I prefer the MILD mix!!
